Recording: Something

The Beatles recorded a new George Harrison song titled Something, on July 16th 1969. The track was released on Abbey Road and also as a double A-sided single with Come Together

John Lennon and Paul McCartney were so impressed with Something that John described it as the best song on Abbey Road. Over 150 artists have covered Something, making it the second-most covered Beatles' song after Yesterday.
