Richard Avedon Photo Shoot

On August 11th 1967, American photographer Richard Avedon took these iconic photographs of The Beatles. The photos were first published on January 9th 1968, in the US magazine Look.

Psychedelic effects were added to some of the shoots and they were later sold as prints; the psychedelic versions featured on The Beatles' 1 compilation album.
