Dromolan Castle

Sometime in late March of 1964, John Lennon, George Harrison, Cynthia Lennon and Pattie Boyd visited Dromolan Castle in County Clare, Ireland. The Beatles had just finished filming a portion of A Hard Day's Night in London and had a few days off.

Below are some rare photographs of John and George having fun around the castle grounds. They apparently found the swords inside the castle and took them outside for a lark.
