The Beatles enjoy a day off in Bel Air

These photographs were taken by Bob Bonis, the band's US tour manager between the 23rd and 24th of August, 1964. They depict The Beatles enjoying a well-earned day off during their 1964 US tour.

The property was owned by British actor Reginald Owen, who offered it to The Beatles after their hotel reservations were cancelled.
